Kazami-dori Elderly Care Project

A new large wooden elderly care project currently under construction, the Kazami-dori Nursing Home, which will officially opens its doors on November 1st, is located in Tadotsu Township, Kagawa Prefecture in Shikoku Japan. The project will provide care for 90 elderly Japanese in the town and this three-storey facility is being built using the 2×4 fireproof platform frame construction method and roof truss system. Upon completion the project will have a total floor area of approximately 3,000 m². The facility is owned and managed by a Yuyukai Social Welfare Corporation in the prefecture. The facility was designed by Mr. Hisato Yoshitaka of Yoshitaka Architects Engineers & Consultants and the general contractor for the project is Mitsui Home Co., Ltd.

Short Stay – 10 units 

Day Service – 30 persons
