All I wanted to say to you Sal is that I think you are amazing, I can have no idea what it is like for you but it must be so hard!  You inspire me because I just don&#8217;t know if I could do what you do and I love my husband and children more than anything in the world!  I hope that in the face of adversity I could become the amazing person that you are.  Tom and the girls are so lucky to have you, you are so strong and I wish you all the best.</description>
