The largest wood frame community development project in Korea is gaining momentum as the one of the hottest and wettest summer finally subsided and GICO – DSK’s participates in Seoul Build 2013.

Bukhangang Dongyeonjae Project, which consists of 141 units of wood frame single family and duplex houses, and the first joint venture between private and public sector, Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation (GICO) and Dreamsite Korea (DSK), is gaining momentum as the one of the longest summer monsoon season in 50 years finally subsided.

As the weather improved, the site preparation, which had been virtually stood still due to heavy rain during the summer, has been resumed and heavy equipments are busy removing earth and digging

trenches for utilities and retaining walls have been elected and back filled earth has been compacted for foundations of the two new showhomes. GICO and DSK will build one more single family house and a duplex house in addition to the two single family houses already completed.

Also GICO and DSK have participated in Seoul Build 2013, one of the most popular housing fair in Korea held from August 29 ~ September 1, in time for the completion of the first two showhomes and successfully made several pre-sales.
