High rise apartments built by Won Construction

On February 17th, CWK concluded an MOU with Won Construction (www.wonenc.co.kr/eng) which is ranked 90th on the annual construction contract volume (average $250 million annual revenue) in Korea.  Although Won construction is a big construction company specialized in concrete high rise apartment development projects, they lack the expertise in wood frame construction and wanted CWK’s technical assistance to make their first wood frame construction project successful.

Under the company’s brand name of “Hildesheim”, Won Construction is planning to develop 21 wood framed duplex units in Jukjeon city, Gyeonggi-do.

Won construction will acquire wood frame construction expertise through their first wfc project assisted by CWK and move forward to the 2nd and 3rd Jukjeon projects in the future.
