The next time you, or someone you know is in Tokyo, head for “The Farm Tokyo” to relax and unwind in a unique natural outdoor space in the heart of this big metropolis. This newly constructed open-air terrace cleverly uses Canadian SPF dimension lumber (2×4 & 2×6) in its design to build several ground level and elevated wood decks to create a large outside eating and drinking areas – including the picnic tables and benches that you sit on, right in front of Tokyo station. It contains several food and beverage stalls within the space, serving wine, beer and many other drinks to enjoy with pizza and other grilled and fried food items. For those who want a little more privacy, there are also ten wooden gazebos that can be reserved by friends or family to enjoy a casual BBQ. Do not worry if you have already eaten somewhere else, because you can also enjoy a coffee or something sweet, as there is a coffee shop, bakery and dessert stands too. So, for those who want to bask in the warm sun with large skyscrapers at your back and watch life in the Big Mikan, go by and take a look. But don’t wait too long to go for a bite and beer – as its only open from April until the end of October of this year!
